Nova(💜 Marielle) Due to relatively recent events on X/twitter and Grok (a large-language model developed to be used by X users), we would like to remind fedi that Enby.Life will not tolerate NCII/NDII, and such imagery of minors will be reported to the relevant authorities by United States law.
Also due to those same circumstances, Enby.Life will be taking stricter moderation actions against automated accounts that post images that are both photorealistic and NSFW, especially if we cannot determine where they are from (ex. are they from adults who consented for them to be posted or are they from an LLM trained on scraped images, in other words, NDII?) and that they only show people who are 18+ (which could be CSAM and require a report if they show minors).
