Under Italian Law 281 (1991), cat colonies are legal entities with specific rights, including the right to live in their chosen location and to be protected from harm or ill-treatment.

@chicating Quite a LOT of family: I saw about five members of this particular colony, and they were all different but clearly related, as if someone had been experimenting with all the different ways you could put black and white on a cat.
