Anyone have any decent tips for getting results from search engines old enough to not be full of ai slop? I'm trying to do some early subject matter research on a topic outside of my experience and they all read like page filling slop nonsense to be able to cram more ads in the page.
@davidbragg Kagi is still OK if you're willing to pay. I have a SearXNG instance you're welcome to have a go with - https://search.thisisyour.tech, otherwise Mojeek on its own is good for raw information, although it's largely contextless. With sites like that the bigger risk is finding AI generated sites that are largely useless.

@davidbragg maybe the wayback machine?
