its not just platform decay

its about how businesses like Netflix and Uber use a load of venture capital to undermine regular businesses, gain monopolistic control over a market, and then use it to progressively worsen the experience for profit

you have nowhere else to go, no other platform to flee to, so you are stuck on said platform eating shit
