Special shoes worked out for my son at the suggestion of his PT so we got them. And it took me a month before a lightbulb went off in my head. “Heyyyyyy, maybe I should try some!”

Who can spot a special feature that makes them very cool? They’ve got to be the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had. Adjustable too for insoles and shoelaces. I’m stylin’. Woohoo!

I forgot I was going to share the manufacturer website. Also note they have widths medium to EEEEE. To me that is a giant plus to reach all kinds of people and help for those with lymphedema, obesity, diabetes, and more.

My son’s PT is going to prescribe new custom leg braces. They have a strong metal foundation and you get shoes about 1/2 size larger to accommodate them. Take the insole out. Then you can add it back or get a cushioned insole for comfort that is set on the sole between brace and foot. #BillyFootwear #Billy

@arisummerland Ah! You saw I left the one on the left almost but not quite zipped. And they have sturdy zipper pulls. The company also offers novelty and themed zipper pulls.

@cobalt123 do they have zippers? I don’t know that I’ve seen shoes that style with zips before. That seems to have a lot of applications.

@kimu Never saw any shoes like this before. They are primarily marketed to the public but recommended by physical therapists for small children through adults who wave disabilities. They are very high quality and excellent size options. They have 3 different size standards on an online table per men or women. Also includes how to measure foot length and width.

Many many styles and colors. I was intimidated by most of the new styles at $100-170! But I found my way to a clearance page. I bought Drew 3 pairs now $29 each. I got mine at $49. The quality and comfort is premium.
