Natalie Portman wearing a respirator to take a flight on January 23rd. If she can do it, so can you. And your health is just as important as hers.
@augieray yes! I have flown between the US and Germany about 2 times per year since the pandemic started, always with mask. Never contracted COVID on any of these trips.

@augieray

I take a bus regularly, and just as regularly, I wear a mask when I do.

Generally, I'm the only one, but at least here in northern Germany, nobody says a word. I don't even get strange looks.

@augieray @blogdiva What’s going on with the sock on her right foot?
@elliek @ramsey @blogdiva I'm sorry, but why do we care about her sock?
@augieray @elliek @blogdiva I was trying to decide whether the image is AI generated.

@ramsey @elliek @blogdiva Sigh. Seriously, just do a reverse search. You can find it is not AI generated. You can find other images of her entering the airport.

What a weird world we live in where we have to question one another because you think a sock in a photo looks odd.

@ramsey @elliek @blogdiva I hope I wasn't too harsh. In the future, if you have a question about AI images, ask for the source. Or, ask if the image is AI. But, please, don't ask about some detail in the photo and expect people to interpret what your concern is .

To me, it looks like one sock is pulled up and the other fell down. AI images usually have issue much more pronounced than a saggy sock.
