At my job group chat, a researcher colleague shared this new app from openai for collaborative LaTeX document writing. basically overleaf with chatgpt.
And I get why most of my colleagues will use that app, most of them use LaTeX more of a necessity for some publications, so overleaf was useful until they became greedy and barely usable.

But this personally is an attack on me, because I've spent years learning how to do stuff in LaTeX.
Heck, I made the thesis template for my PhD program (reminding myself to update the repo with my final changes).
And now I won't get to have fun fixing stuff from my peers.

I don't even get to have fun checking on my peers' documents to fix their figures and tables
