https://www.reddit.com/r/DolbyAtmosMixing/comments/1qdpb72/distrokid_rejecting_my_atmos_mix_without_ DistroKid is rejecting my pair of Atmos (ADM BWF) + Stereo (16 bit WAV) files, without saying why. The site responds with a generic email “check your sampling rate and peaks”; I double- and triple-checked that already.

I checked integrated loudness, peaks, low pass on LFE, used Dolby official tools, and ensured sample-accurate equal file length. Still no cookie. I’m out of ideas. Has anyone else seen this issue?

No luck so far. The support ticket is running in circles. I added a summary: https://www.reddit.com/r/DolbyAtmosMixing/s/3rPqQ544x9
I am under the impression that the support agents don’t read what the ticket is about. They just copy/paste something vaguely relevant and move on to the next ticket.
DistroKid “can’t handle files that large”. How large? They didn’t say. I had to make a new #Atmos mix, moving several tracks from objects to beds, to reduce the file size from 3GB to about 1.4GB. Then the upload worked.
