Doubt ši am so [shocked pikachu face] over this really astounding and heartfelt HR fic I just read featuring transfem Shane... 
one of the 3 outlines for fics i had written out the other day was for a transfem shane and it's SO similar i'm going crazy. A bunch of the characterization and canon-divergent things that happen in that person's fic match perfectly with my outline, it's so validating but also like really intimidating?? I don't know if I can still fully write the fic the way I originally planned it anymore. And yes, I know, I know the "two cakes" philosophy of fandom but... wow... this other fic really knocked it out of the park and it feels like it took all the words right out of my brain.
