The shit that Americans thinks is wholesome is deeply depressing to most.
… And then they suspended him for a month for interfering with the school’s lunch program, and for using a p tolastic knife to spread the Nutella.
Was it illicit as it was Nutella? I assume most schools are nut free these days.

Feel-good story about income inequality.

Here’s why this matters to me. ā€œOrphan crushingā€ comments only add discouragement. The ā€œOCMā€ and those doing the help are different humans. When an OCM is operating near you it is good to know there are still people who care enough to save people from it. It’s also good to see as it encourages others to see that they can make a difference.

Yes the machine should be dismantled and good people are working on that. At the same time, anyone blocking the machine’s intake, helping slow the machine down or otherwise bandaging its survivors is still to be celebrated. Discouraging this is not helpful.
