Yup, if you are able to describe an image it takes almost no time at all. Once you get used to it it's totally second nature.

It's the equivalent of describing something to someone over the phone, which abled people have definitely done routinely.

(Obviously if you're not abled for whatever reason, then none of this applies to you. This post is only about abled people.)
