@cmconseils Yeah, it seems pretty clear that Trump's assertions that other countries would pay the tariffs weren't lies, because he actually flat out didn't understand what tariffs are and what they do. He's like the kid in Crocodile Dundee who tries to rob him using a pen knife while Mick pulls out his real knife. Except it's more as if the kid was holding a sheet of paper with a poorly drawn knife and the word "ƨ+aᗺ" written on it in crayon.
