I don’t check any work junk (calendar, email) on the weekends. Laptop and phone get turned off Friday afternoon and they stay off until Monday morning. No one is going to protect your sanity except you.

I have recurring events for:

  • The first 30 minutes of every day
  • The last 30 minutes of every day
  • The first 2 hours of every Monday
  • The last 2 hours of every Friday.

Fuck scheduling anything when I’m just catching up on stuff or trying to wrap up.
