hayvanThe restaurants I visit have what comes with the meal. Sometimes in the meal listing. Sometimes grouping. Like “Comes with potato wedges or swap with side soup +$2”.
If anything, I’m usually surprised when it comes with extras like garnish.
ToriborI usually miss the tiny text that says “includes a side” and then I panic when I need to make a decision while the waiter lists off all 14 sides including something incomprehensible like “Potato dunklets” and I have to ask them what that is even though everyone else knows that’s what the place is known for and now I’m the idiot that is taking forever to order and keeping everyone from their dunklets or whatever.
