Kids have a simpler way of interpreting the world, which is usually what couples need (many failed marriages are the result of explicit social loops or implicit mental loops).

Adults usually infer and attach bias based on their own experiences.

Why delete gym? Going to gym is literally how you clean your head. It’s also the younger people that go to gym, not people in their 50s

Honestly, maybe…

Most advice is a pretty generic reminder to listen to your partner and treat them like a person. That’s something you know is a good idea as a concept pretty early on in life, but it’s just real easy to get complacent.
