@gwynnion Funnily enough, that would be true everywhere. But the impact would be greatest in the US at the moment, yeah.

There should be like some universal law that you vanish into the shitty dimension once you hoard too much money. You can still talk to them through old b/w tv sets, where you can hear them whine how shitty everything is for them there. People would be donating like crazy and actually use their ill-gotten gains if this were a thing.

Still not ideal, but a fun little fantasy.
