Folks, that yearly or two-yearly heating system maintenence? Do it. Seriously. Do it. This will save you multiple cold days for similar costs of having someone come over to deal with your broken heating.

(The previous owners did not do it often enough and we did nit find the time to take care of it yet... 😬)
