@simon_diamond I recommend some Poblado 'Sumatra' beans to go in there. 😊 It's our favourite. We've been to their roastery in Nantlle too. Was very nice to have a cup there from beans roasted just a few minutes ago. I was really surprised by the smell of the beans roasting. Was completely not what I expected. Definitely worth a visit.
