@SmartmanApps Yeah I've worked with MAUI and loved it, and mostly with Blazor hybrid and loooooved it, but I wanted to try something new and I was up and running in minutes, with a NotTotallyWorthless UI all done. With relatively readable XAML. Relatively because I can't really read, write or understand XAML. Not volountarily at least.
