@georgetakei Awful take. ICE have *always* been thugs - they were just going after people you didn't care about, Pete.

ICE and CBP have *always* been violent thugs ripping families apart and assaulting people. This isn't a training issue - it's a *mission* issue. Once your mission is "Get everyone who is in the country illegally *out*", then all methods go on the table.

The only difference now is that they're coming after photogenic white people.

From a criminal perspective, that seems unlikely during #Trump's tenure. Direct lawsuits against #Noem, #Ross and every link in the command-chain between them seems to have a much higher likelihood of being able to happen before January 2029.
