WL Mouse Beast X Pro Support issues

They’re just going to throw it in the bin and send you a new one. Not sure what you’re concerned about.
Im not concerned, I do not think its reasonable to buy a mouse this expensive and it be faulty. I agree theyll throw it away but if thats the case why am I expected to spend my personal time to get a box and shipping label to send it out and be without a mouse for possibly and most likely upwards of a month.

Mistakes happen. It is equally unreasonable to expect everything to always work 100% of the time, which is why warranties exist. The warranty is their way of making it right.

You’re going to run into many, many things in life that cost a relative boatload of money but either don’t work correctly the first time, or break in an unreasonable amount of time. That’s just reality. When buying those expensive things, it’s important to take into consideration the companies reputation for making the customer whole. That’s why some people avoid brands like the plague, even if they usually make decent hardware.

Extremely measured response. This also highlights the importance of having backups of not just data, but important physical utilities as well. If being without a mouse for a month is a big problem (it would be for me, for sure) then having a backup (or multiple backups) on hand will almost inevitably prove invaluable someday. It has for me…
I have a backup for these reasons (three from past upgrades) I just think the way they handled the situation is wrong. I never said I didnt have a spare I think its wrong for a company who has persuably thousands of these things cant send a new one first. Im lucky to have backups. What if someone bought this after saving and got an answer like this? As the other guy said its life but what about someone whos less fortunate than I. I wanted to share my experience so people know how this company is. That way people have it, so others can decide if its a reason they should avoid them.
I never expected anything to work 100% of the time. I did my research on multiple other mouse companies and from what I seen they were more reliable in returns and quality control. Thats why I chose this exact company. However after this and now being ignored by them I feel as I need to get my experience out so other potential buyers can use my experience and decide if they should go for it. Thanks for teaching me about life I guess lol.
