All is OK... until you find that file that does not!

268 - uint8_t current_row;
268 + uint16_t current_row;

... found a .mmd3 with 512 lines, and it looped at 255. Who would have guessed.

I also always played insanely fast with the max amount of rows.

... such names I just HAVE to expose in the UI. super useful! :-D
@gbraad damn, this is a really solid step towards the potential reverse engineering of octamed!

@fnglbreaks yep. For me it is more MED SoundStudio. I have not even looked at the old med files from 4 and 5 (on an A500) . While I used them, I converted most with 6 and further as I had an A1200 by thar time with harddisk and a midi breakout box.

I don't want to compete with v8, but so far this feels vapourware, or maintained by people who never really used it.

@gbraad well if you ever go down the route of making a proper tracker out of this work
Plus need any testing
I'd be down to help with UI and testing!!

@fnglbreaks I am, called medness ;-) I am sure to reach out ...

I have some ideas about the way the tracker operates, and MIDI integration. This is why I wanted to focus on MED and not MOD.
