That's it. Judging from RTING's scoring, the Sennheiser HD 630s seem to perform worse than the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Gen 2 in all objective categories:

- “Audio Reproduction Accuracy”: 8.0 vs 8.1.

- “Noise Isolation”: 8.7 vs 9.3.

- “Frequency Response Consistency”: 4.5 vs 6.8.

There’s only so much that “audiophile” hype can do, after all. Guess I only need to buy a bluetooth DAC AMP such as the Qudelix 5K to achieve a truly good audio experience with the Bose and my iPhone 14 Pro Max (pre-eq included in the Qudelix app).

@remixtures Bose makes some decent headphones. As an audiophile I wouldn't use a Bose system to listen to my music at home, but I would certainly consider buying their Quietcomfort headphones if I was in need of new headphones.
