San Francisco has been pursuing this at the #CPUC for a number of years in terms of condemnation and determination of fair market value. It will drag on for years more too.

@andybrwn SMUD was created in 1923 and had to fight PG&E in the courts until 1946 to deliver power, it can take a while 😆
