I smelled an acrid burning smell in my place. I've spent about an hour hunting down what it is. I thought it was an electrical burn or something.

Then I opened my balcony door. It's outside! The air is so clear and crisp that I can smell the manufacturing from a few kilometres away.

@book Sometimes, when the wind blows in the right direction, I can smell the delicious scent of roasted cacao beans from the nearby chocolate factory when standing in front of our home.
