If you sent a werewolve to the moon, would they be cured? Or would they permanently be in their wolf form?

What if we sent them to a planet with no moon?

Or are they somehow locked into the lunar phase of the planet they were turned on? Even a full moon is somewhat dependent on the side of earth you are on. Inquiring minds.

What if we made an orbital mirror that uses special coatings or lenses to exactly replicate moonlight, but in an intense, focused beam that can specifically target areas to trigger localized lycanthropy strategically?
