@foone I wished I had seen your pcb thread earlier, we need a floppy controller with manual step buttons.

I like grounding the step pin on my greaseweazle, but it could be so more convenient!

@gloriouscow @foone The service manual for the OA-D32 drives describes a “MFD Checker” tool for floppy drive diagnostics. What’s wilder is they provide a full schematic. I have been sorely tempted to build one. https://archive.org/details/manualzilla-id-6011345
