@jetton Any nation that participated in the 1936 Olympics and regretted that choice needs to do some hard thinking right now about "multi-national" games scheduled to be held in the US and who is or isn't welcome to either participate or attend.
Even assuming you manage to get a visa and clear customs, what is going to happen when you show up at a stadium with brown skin and a "foreign" accent?
I don't know, but neither would i take the risk to find out.
I think some of the more famous athletes are showing it doesn't bother them.
