Je me demandais où tu en étais sur l’intégration de tes outils graphiques vers Wayland.
Je suis passée d’Ubunut à Debian et de gnome à KDE… et c’est très satisfaisant, Mais je forçais sous X11, parce que tu avais souligné des problèmes pour Wacom, par exemple, sous Wayland.
Comme Plasma est très optimisé Wayland, j’ai franchi le pas… et, effectivement, c’est pas comme il y a 2 ans. Déjà, j’ai plus du tout de freeze de l’interface…
Ce qui était vachement pénible. Et même pour les usages graphiques intensifs, je n’ai plus du tout le processeur en mode décollage. Ça ronronne et 0 plantage système depuis.
Et pour Wacom… bah, tout y est.
Il reste peut-être des trucs flous pour Krita que je n’utilise pratiquement pas, mais pour tout le reste, c’est incomparable.
Manière KDE va larguer totalement X11 à la prochaine MAJ majeure.
Mais j’ai pensé à toi tout à l’heure en me rendant compte que j’avais acheté une tablette BLUETOOTH que je me fais chier à brancher en USB depuis des années…
… et qu’elle marche super bien comme ça sous Wayland.

Alors pour Wayland, c'est no-go pour moi tant que Krita tourne sous Xwayland et ne reçois pas de bug fix pour ce mode. Mais Krita 6.0 Wayland natif, c'est pour février. Je commencerai à étudier ça très prochainement.
Il y a aussi un standard imposé par Microsoft au noyau Linux qui a été une belle regression niveau tablette graphique non-wacom mais qui a un contournement par libinput (qui se retrouvera dans Plasma prochainement). J'attends ça pour ma XpPen 19 Artist Pro.
Ah, ça c’est intéressant.
Le Minilecte a gagné dans un concours de dessin une XpPen artist 12 gen2 qu’elle kiffe à présent + que sa vieille Cintiq. En plus, vu qu’elle est en voyage au Japon pour des mois, la XpPen était vachement plus transportable.
Le fait est qu’elle en a enfin marre de Windows et qu’elle est assez OK pour le grand saut 🐧 à son retour au printemps.
Elle sait qu’elle va devoir oublier son logiciel actuel (Clip Studio Paint), mais pas la XpPen !

En tout cas, depuis mon article sur Debian 12 X11 Plasma5 tout l'écosystème Krita/Plasma/Wayland/libinput/etc a fait des bons de géants.
Mais mon système Debian, quel monstre de stabilité en production! j'ai jamais autant aimé une distro comme ça, et ça a été une aide dans mon année 2025 qui m'a donné la possibilité de faire mes BD hebdo et l'épisode 39. C'est si puissant et automatisable quand tout fonctionne!

C’est vrai. J’ai commencé sous Gnome. Mais c’est vachement mieux intégré sous KDE.

@davidrevoy This is part of an entire series that has player visit dreamscapes such as these! It includes "Dream", "Ravens", "Cats", and "Owls". Dragons doesn't really require any reading, so once one person knows the rules, it doesn't matter if the table can speak polish or not. I can't guarantee the same for others

I must encourage you to be more compassionate to yourself. Even if it might not match your own standards of what it means to be detailed, I'm at least finding that there are still lots of parts of the image that are quite enjoyable to zoom in on and study.
... that, and by being kinder to yourself, you're also being kinder to those of us who so far put far less detail in our own drawings still. 
[Granted, I am still working on getting right the proper underlying structure of figures.]
