@michaelj Connecting back to my Mac. I run Tailscale on all of my machines and my iOS devices. Seamless.
@kyle Interesting! I used Tailscale a little bit last year, but to connect into the home server for someone else I was collaborating with rather than accessing any of my own devices.
Do you do anything special to help with Wake-on-LAN?
@michaelj Nope, in these instances I have just left my laptop running and locked. I also have a Mac mini that runs 24/7, but it’s a base M1 so not very incentivized. If this becomes a more common practice for me I’d look into something like WoL.
@kyle Makes sense 👍 Will give this a try and maybe use Amphetamine or similar to help keep the machine awake.
