I picked up this hardcover edition of the Dungeons & Dragons Monster Manual. It's full of creatures across various mythologies and includes some gorgeous artwork as well. I've wanted a copy for my bookshelf for years. I plan to read it cover to cover.

I was a fan of reading Dragonlance at the time I started collecting fantasy novels. Usually in paperback form, so getting hardbound copies was like gold to me.
