In Canada, criminal harassment under Section 264 of the Criminal Code involves REPEATED CONDUCT (like following, communicating, or watching) that causes someone to reasonably fear for their safety or that of someone known to them, including stalking, PERSISTENT UNWANTED CONTACT, AND THREATS, with severe penalties up to 10 years imprisonment, and requires proving the ACT WAS DONE KNOWINGLY or recklessly to cause fear.

And then she tied a nice bow on it with a threat in the post itself, with video evidence.
