@WarnerCrocker Courts and federal and state legislators better address this and quickly. Most service mail is presumed and codified as being received 5 or 10 business days after sent, including first-class mail with the only proof being the sworn statement by the attorney, pro-se litigant or sending agency. As mail slows down, it is really going to mess with court case, gov benefits, etc.
I guess if they go by postmark stamp, some will gain extra time but if they go by sworn statement or agency notice date, late mail is going to have real consequences.
