ok, kind of nervous about asking because this may be a rabbit hole but--anyone have a lightweight system for personal project management that works for them? i have a lot of creative things i work on/want to work on and i'm pretty scattered about it. i'll work on something for a bit, lose interest, and then forget about it--would like to try and not completely forget something. open to ideas, especially software-agnostic or analogue ones!
theAdhocracy@latte I'm someone whose brain really likes collapsible lists. I can have a list of "projects", and then infinitely nest ideas into that. Been using WorkFlowy now for *years* and it's basically become everything for me: to dos, ideation, calendar, project notes, the lot. I can jump in and out of different levels quickly, move stuff around, delete whole trains of thought by clearing a single root bullet, it's great!
I know some people hate lists, but if you find them useful, I'd recommend it ☺️
@theadhocracy ooh I used that years and years ago! It hadn’t worked for me then but I’ve forgotten about it since, might be worth retrying since I’ve come around to enjoying the simplicity of lists…
