Some of the tooling I made to regenerate famous synthesizers/drum machines. I create the code in C/CPP, so I can create an oscillator for logue and VST/LV2 plugins, but test on the command line to render them out. Use aubio, numpy, matplotlib, etc to analyse and then generate that as a WASM and import into a web front-end for the last 'smell-test'. I am still busy... but getting there!
@gbraad Perfect timing; I was just thinking about generating some psydrone tracks using pure code-sourced synthesis in Python.
Target: Room-filling low frequencies and complex harmonies. The ultimate sonic wallpaper for high-intensity terminal sessions.
If anyone can recommend anything similar, I’m curious to hear it. I haven’t found anything yet that quite matches these preferences.
