I know what you’re thinking. "Has he played all six versions of Little Drummer Boy, or only five?" Well to tell you the truth in all this holly jolly excitement I kinda lost track myself. But being this is a non-secular holiday playlist and it would blow your chances of winning LDB, you’ve gotta ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky, little Timmy?" Well, do ya, punk?
@jgilbert this illustrates a new question for me: my daughter sang (in chorus) "My Little Drum" as part of a Charlie Brown xmas performance, and I think it doesn't bust me for LDB. It's derivative, but I think distinct enough.
@zarbet idk, I'd have to see the lyrics?
https://web.archive.org/web/20150119112005/http://littledrummerboy.info/ says *any* version of the song, so I'd say if it's got the same words or a very similar tune, it'd count in this house. 🤷‍♀️

@jgilbert oh, cool, Nelz'z old site, very nice. Well, the arrangement is brilliant; the piano part does the original melody, the choral singing part is not the lyrics. Actually the only thing sung is "prrrrum" and "loo loo loo". But it is a derivative.

Now I'll speculate that by copyright it's probably distinct and by LDB rules it may be a violation.
