#WordWeavers Day 20: What's the first thing your readers learn about your antagonist(s)?

Hmm, hard to describe without spoiling, as my story is meant to have some twists and turns. I can't think of any non-spoily way to say it except, that their intentions and plans are mysterious until nearly the end!
