@googlyeyesonmagiccards I was playing commander with someone who refused to play the one for Rhystic Study, they were kicking off. And every spell they played I would nicely ask if they would pay the one, which they wouldn't. They managed to put down extra lands, untap lands, and play a huge number of spells. After me asking about 10-15 times, they told me they had no plans to pay the one.

Their turn petered out, I was the player after them and had managed to draw at least a third of my deck, if not more. I had everything I needed to kill them that turn
