We can't know for sure, but it certainly appears the same sane people keep getting #COVID19 vaccinations every year. The rate is dropping, but not as much as I feared. But it's nowhere near as high as it should be! In the US, the adult vaccination rate the last three years:

As of 12/9/2023: 16.9%
As of 12/7/2024: 19.2%
As of 12/6/2025: 15.3%

The vaccine is not enormously effective against infection, but there is evidence vaccines help protect against Long COVID.
