Every holiday break I make a game to try out something new. This holiday my mate Pete and I made Robo Attack 3D which you can play for free on Crazy Games. We're updating it daily, so if you have any feedback let me know!!!

Fun!

I spent a solid 20 minutes dying as quickly as possible to farm permanent upgrades, but I'm sure you already knew that players were going to do that :)

How are you finding the traffic with CrazyGames?

@Farbs Thanks for playing!! Yes, I figured that was the case 😀I am still in basic launch with Crazy so it is limited exposure to a few hundred a day. If I hit their targets it goes into full launch. I will need to address the permanent upgrades if I pass and I’ll let you know what the traffic is like!
@Farbs I meant a few hundred a week!!

@johnpassfield Ta, that's really interesting! Is there a limited time period before they make a final decision or can you keep fiddling indefinitely?

I've held off on big portals because I didn't want to blow my one shot, but if it doesn't work that way that's a very different.

Also on feedback for the game, I was a bit surprised at the performance. I'm on a 1060 mobile GPU and it struggled to run at the end despite rendering in a low res. It's possible windows chose my integrated GPU...

@johnpassfield also on the farming thing... I think it isn't necessarily a problem? Kids _loooove_ finding exploits in web games, and knowing I was making rapid progress kept me interested when otherwise I might have bounced.
@Farbs Crazy does basic launch for 2 weeks with no ads or rev share - you have to hit benchmarks to move into full launch where you can monetise. Otherwise you have to go away and make major changes to be considered for another test run.
@johnpassfield Fascinating, thanks!
