I managed to survive the tutorial and first easy stage. So it is good for us lesser players. The zombies make "eep" noises.

Played a little more of Bullets & Brains on Switch, and alas the speech bubbles are missing text after the second level. Just empty squares. I'll boot it up later to see what happens.
