#Ozzie stressed out during his #shearing & managed to get a couple of nicks from the clippers as he struggled with the #shearer.

Chaser was fine though & came out of it with no wounds.

Toenails on both were cut & Ozzie also received red antiseptic & stitches to the larger nick above his front right shoulder.

The shearer also doses them while he’s here. (De-wormers & vaccines) #alpacas

@John Doah, goodness. I think this is the first time I remember this with him. Poor naked baby. Hopefully he's forgiven you for the Stranger Danger.

I had lots of food for them all this morning.

For the first time, the shearer asked me not to feed them on the day he was coming.

He says it gives the alpacas less ammo to spit at him.

So yesterday they all just chomped on grass.
