And in the case of overseas Indians and Chinese who have other nationalities, extra-territorial policing of citizens of other countries based on ethnic origin is also doubly concerning

@skinnylatte Out of country cops playing these games in areas containing a government of the day need to be arrested by that government. In ungoverned areas they can be handled even more harshly.

A US cop caught armed in Mexico without permission is supposedly always arrested and jailed. Should be the same for China, India, Russia etc etc. Cops are bad enough in their own jurisdictions. Out of jurisdiction policing is absolutely intolerable.
