The opening sentence: “Dutch company ASML…is under fire for selling hardware to a Chinese defense firm with ties to the ruling party.” After reviewing the article and cited sources my conclusion is : No, they’re not. The news entity ‘Nos’ appears to be the only ones interested in this sale, so that first sentence should be “Dutch Company ASML is under fire from us…”

Even the NOS didn’t really spend a lot of attention on it. I only really saw one or two articles on the topic.

That’s nothing compared to, for example, the row with Chima over Nexperia that has been brewing over the past two months.
