Sorry, I’ll rephrase. I really hope someone doesn’t shoot this guy! That would be really horrible, and I’d be very upset if that happened. In no way would I suggest that that would improve the world in massive ways.

Give him time, he will only harm himself. This guy will get drunk and try to be all "super he-man" impressing someone and set of some artillery, or some crap and blow himself up. He is a danger to everyone, including himself.
He's also so dumb he'd probably get shit faced and fall off a curb and hit his head.
