@acf We were using a proper helpdesk previously that ran do about $200 a month and did *nothing* with it that jelly doesn't do better.
@gavin @acf It reminds me a lot of Front, the app we used back in the day to do email support at Sketch. It was lovely and it’s good to see something out there with the same spirit (Front has since turned into just another helpdesk monstrosity)
