Three months into Baroness Amos' Inquiry into NHS maternity care and already the problems are clear to her... she has found much evidence of a lack of cleanliness & other practical failings, women not being listened to during their care, a range of discriminations & the problem of NHS 'marking their own homework' on failures of care.
None of this may be a surprise, but Amos' interim report indicate the direction her Inquiry will likely take?
