Isn’t it better though, that when you start handling money, to sign up locally as an organisation to formalise things with a treasurer, chair and secretary? As a Dutch person I don’t mind where it would be based (Liechtenstein, Estonia, wherever there are trains :) ), it would just give a little bit more sense of trust when I donate.
