__Miguel_@adaroc That's from AI gobbling up everything it can get its hands on. And we even have one company, Crucial, exiting the RAM market altogether.
SSDs are on the rise, too, as are HDDs, SSDs because flash storage is preferred for AI, and HDDs have been rising after the consolidation that took place, and the market corrections from when they had too much production, manufacturers now preferring to "ride the demand wave", and not increase production so they don't get stuck with loads of inventory and low prices.
Apparently, motherboards are next, and CPUs shouldn't be too far behind, from what I've read.
It is NOT a good time to be buying RAM right now, for sure...
