Do you have a guess about to which extent SNCF #crossborderail messiness is the reason why I can't book a train from Paris to Nuremberg via my corporate travel agency?

I'm thinking that business travellers who are prevented from taking the train to much of Europe by their travel agencies could be promising interest group.
